  • If you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada or a member of the International Government agency or organization involved in Emergency management and relief services this program can boost your knowledge or career to next level or
  • If you would like to work abroad for the Canadian or international government directly or indirectly, this program may help you to learn the required skill set for a suitable job.


Foreign Nationals


  • For international visitors or temporary residents in Canada, this program does not require a study visa or study permit because it is less than a six-month study period and, as per IRCC regulations/policy, does not require a study permit or visa.


  • If you are currently in Canada either visiting or on a temporary resident permit status; or under a bridging open work permit program waiting for a final decision on your PR application, or you have already submitted your PR application and are waiting for a final decision; you may take this course to learn the advanced-level skills.
