  • Emergency First Aid & CPR (C or HCP)   9AM – 5PM Day 1 Only
  • Standard First Aid & CPR (C or HCP)      9AM – 5PM 2 Consecutive Days (eg. you are booked for the 5th, you will also attend the 6th)

*If applicable, CCEC will include in course fee following 3 life saving tools at no extra cost:

Canadian Red Cross Emergency First Aid & CPR Course

Basic one-day course offering an overview of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. Meets OHS regulations for Basic First Aid. Exceeds competitors’ standards by including injury prevention content, CPR and AED.

Who should attend

- Any employee can attend this course. No prerequisite or pre-course assignment is required.
- Any person who wants more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home.

> Check, Call, Care
> Airway emergencies
> Breathing and circulation emergencies
> First aid for respiratory and cardiac arrest
> Wound care

Red Cross First Aid Instructor or Instructor Trainer

Completion 

100% attendance, skills demonstration, and 75% min. passing grade on written exam 

New Certification

3-year certification in Emergency First Aid, CPR Level A, C, and AED

Re-certification

Where provincial/territorial legislation allows; 5–6 hours; includes CPR Level A, C, or HCP
