Can-College Policy On “Online fee payment via credit card” (International Students)

Please apply the following steps to verify the transaction.

Step One: You must use one of the above links to process your fee and upon successful transaction confirmation, you must compete steps two and three.



Step Two: If via Option A, your transaction is successful, then use the following blue button and print “Card authorization form” then have it filled in, signed and upload the form along with a copy of the card holder’s photo ID.






Step Three: Use the following button to upload the “Card authorization form” via a secure portal. For security reasons, please do not send this form via email.








The above steps must be completed to receive further documentation related to Admission Enrolment, and Letter of Acceptance.

Important Note:

  • (Each/student and program has its own fee amount. You have to select which applies to your admission offer letter.)
  • Please do not proceed with the fee payments unless you have been advised/instructed by the college administration.
  • Can-College has not authorized anyone to collect the tuition fee from anyone on its behalf. Please send an email if you have to report a concern

Note: Once payment has been processed, please send an email to the accounts manager at accounts@ccecollege.com with your full name and amount paid to apply that to your account.

Disputing the charge or authorization

Can-College believes in protecting the data of the cardholder and student applicants. If you are the cardholders and believe that your card has been used without authorization or consent, and wish to dispute the charge on your client, please send your
claim via email or call +1-905-499-3631 Ext 244 to investigate and resolve such issue as soon as possible without further delay.

Instructions and Options to pay via credit card  All fees are in CAD $ (Canadian Dollars) 

  • Step One: You may use any one of the following online cad processing accounts to pay your fees and invoices.
  • Major Credit Cards: (LOA Fees + Tuition Fees + Legal Fees (Please add $15 in total amount for legal fees), Any Amount) (Payment processing time    5-7 business days). 

Can-college Accepts Payment via most major credit cards

Can-College uses three different reliable and independent merchant account processors for its credit card payment handling. They are responsible for collecting cardholder information and processing payments securely and in compliance will all security protocols maintaining the highest industry standards in North America.

At no point, cardholder information is shared, stored or released with the College or its staff.

​​The following applies to Vocational Programs and Related Admission Fees Only:

Once the bank confirms the deposit, it will be assigned to your account for further admission related documentation, including issuing of LOA for the visa. This process may take 2 to 10+ business days.

The standard verification of payment followed by processing official LOA issuance will base on the following factors and timelines;

  1. Credit Card or Paypal Method - 2-3 business days from the date payment is processed  and verified by the bank
  2. Western Union - 24-48 business hours from the date and time Western Union provides notification of a successful transaction
  3. 24-48 business hours from the date and time the fee received in our bank account via wire transfer or direct deposit
  4. 24-48 business hours from the date and time fee processed via interact email funds transfer.


Your account will be updated automatically once the deposit is made and posted to our account. You will receive a confirmation via email as well.
