Admission Offer and Acceptance
Registered as a career college under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005
How admission offers work at Canadian Career Education College (CCEC): from your offer letter to your Letter of Acceptance (LOA).
Important: Due to current IRCC regulations, the college is only accepting international students via the Online-DE format for Vocational Diploma Programs. All applications for the in-person format will be automatically denied.
The Admission Offer
- You apply for admission and receive an offer for your study program. The offer is not an LOA or a contract.
- You have 30 days to review and accept the offer, and to meet any conditions in it.
- Your offer may come with your enrolment contract by separate email, and an invoice for the LOA and admission processing fee (or an MSA test fee, if applicable).
- Sign the enrolment contract through the secure link and pay the processing fee to confirm your admission. Paying the LOA or MSA test fee is your consent to accept the offer; no reply email is needed.

The service fee for processing your admission and LOA is generally $500 CAD. Once it is received and applied to your account, you will receive your final documents by email.
Refunds
- The admission application processing fee is generally non-refundable.
- There is no refund of tuition once the program has started or been completed.
- Tuition paid in advance is 100% refundable if the study permit application is not successful.
- If the college is unable to issue a PAL, a refund will be considered for eligible students who applied after January 22, 2024. The request must include a letter of withdrawal from IRCC due to the PAL.
- Admission processing or LOA fees for short study or bridge training programs are non-refundable.
When an Offer Expires
Expiry Policy
- If the expiry date has passed and you have not met the conditions or paid the LOA fee, the offer is void.
- Requests to defer or extend an offer after the expiry date are not being considered.
- Fees paid within 10 days after the expiry date may be considered to reinstate the offer, or you can apply for a refund.
After Expiry
You may apply again from the beginning. The admissions officer will make a new decision based on available seats and a new assessment.

Check Your Email
Look in your inbox and spam folder for the separate email with your offer letter and enrolment contract.
Program or Detail Changes
Requests to change your program, start date, name or date of birth can be considered after the LOA fee is paid. Details are matched to your passport. Only first and last names are needed for the LOA.
MSA Test Condition
If your offer has an MSA (Wonderlic) test condition, you must pay the MSA test fee and pass the test to proceed. There is no waiver unless you provide an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) from a designated organization.
Deferrals
Due to limited seating, deferral requests are not being accepted at this time. LOAs refer to one program, campus and intake. Paid admission or LOA fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
