How to Pay Fees
Registered as a career college under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005
Pay your Canadian Career Education College (CCEC) fees by wire transfer, bank deposit, Interac e-Transfer, Convera or credit card. All tuition payments are made in Canadian dollars.
Once the bank confirms your payment, it is assigned to your account for further admission documentation, including the Letter of Acceptance (LOA). This may take 2 to 10 or more business days.

To wire the funds, email the accounts manager with your student reference number for instructions.
Interac e-Transfer (within Canada only)
Send the payment to feepayments@ccecollege.com. Auto-deposit is on; no password or security question is needed. This is a no-reply inbox.
Required: include the student's full name and student reference number in the message box.
After paying, email the accounts manager with your full name, student reference number, amount paid and proof of payment so it can be applied to your account.
Convera (formerly Western Union Business Solutions)
How to Pay with Convera
- Open the secure Convera payment link.
- Enter your payment amount in Canadian dollars.
- Select your currency and country.
- Enter the payer's details and get your payment instructions.
- Complete the payment at your bank or through online banking.
Good to Know
- Pay in your own currency; the full amount is received in Canadian dollars
- The exchange rate is held for 72 hours
- Not all currencies are available due to banking regulations; you can pay in another currency such as the U.S. dollar
- After paying, email the accounts manager with your proof of payment
Credit Card
Pay by Credit Card
CCEC accepts most major credit cards. Debit cards with Visa or Mastercard logos are not credit cards, and debit cards are not accepted. Card information is handled by independent merchant processors and is never shared with or stored by the College.
Card Payment Notes
- Log in to the LMS to pay invoices under your profile, invoices and payments
- Card payments through Elavon accept any amount for any purpose
- Have the cardholder's accurate billing address ready
- Processing time: 2 to 3 business days
Payment Safety
CCEC has not authorized anyone to collect tuition fees on its behalf. If you have a concern, or if you believe a card was used without authorization, email the accounts team.
