Please note that the college staff does not handle Immigration or study visa-related affairs/matters. They are dealt with by a team of the independent licensed legal professional(s) of your own or the one recommended by the college visa its support program for applicants in the LOA stage.

The College also offers paid legal services via a designated team of Canadian licensed counsel(s), as per Option One. 

Once in the LOA stage, a student may also log into their LMS profile which has a free visa support secure portal that contains free resources for students to access.

Free support is also provided via exclusive live webinars once the student is in the LOA stage. The student will get an invitation via email once the free, exclusive visa support webinar is scheduled.

Can-College will no longer offer paid visa support services through the college recommended legal team starting April 15, 2023.

You can hire a Counsel to provide a number of services. Here are just a few examples:
