The following applies to vocational programs and related admission fees only:
Once the bank confirms the deposit, it will be assigned to your account for further admission related documentation, including issuing of the LOA for the visa. This process may take 2 to 10+ business days.
The standard verification of payment followed by processing official LOA issuance will base on the following factors and timelines:
- Credit Card Method - 2 - 3 business days from the date payment is processed and verified by the bank.
- Western Union - 24 - 48 business hours from the date and time Western Union provides notification of a successful transaction.
- Wire Transfer or Direct Deposit - 24 - 48 business hours from the date and time the fee is received in our bank account.
- Interact Email Funds Transfer - 24 - 48 business hours from the date and time the fee processed.
Your account will be updated automatically once the deposit is made and posted to our account. You will receive a confirmation via email as well.

Important Note:
- Each student and program has its own fee amount. You have to select which applies to your admission offer letter.
- Please do not proceed with the fee payments unless you have been advised/instructed by the college administration.
- Can-College has not authorized anyone to collect the tuition fee from anyone on its behalf. Please send an email if you have any concern to report.

Please send the payment via email to accounts@ccecollege.com (You may select an auto-deposit option, or if applicable and prompted to answer the security question, it should be the student's last name all small letters)

Direct Wire Transfer: No Verification Required. (Processing Time: 24-48 business hours from the date and time the fee received in our bank account via wire transfer or direct deposit)
Option 2 - College LOA & Tuition related fees
Canadian Dollar (CAD, C$) - wire payment or bank transfers for College-related fees.
If you wish to wire transfer the funds please send an email with your student ref. number to the accounts manager for instructions.
